SARIA Consultancy Plc and St. Mary’s University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 24, 2026, marking the beginning of a collaboration aimed at enhancing student employability and professional development.
The partnership is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by creating structured pathways for students and graduates to access employment opportunities, internships, training programs, and career development initiatives. Through this agreement, SARIA Consultancy a Plc, which delivers HR support—Recruitment, EoR, Payroll, and Operations—built on quality service, will provide graduate trainee programs, internships, mentorship, and specialized training, while St. Mary’s University will facilitate student preparation, coordinate training schedules, and organize career fairs and networking events. Both institutions will also collaborate on research and feedback to ensure their programs remain aligned with evolving job market demands.

The MoU reflects a shared commitment to empowering students with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience necessary to thrive in today’s competitive workforce. Signed by Misganaw Solomon, PhD, Vice President for Research and International Relations at St. Mary’s University, and Abebayehu Fekade, Managing Director of SARIA Consultancy Plc, this one-year collaboration is expected to have a lasting impact on students’ career readiness and professional growth.
