St. Mary’s University’s School of Business, a constituent of the University’s School of Graduate Studies, and commenced operations in 2010. Since its inception, the School has been dedicated to academic excellence and innovation, implementing rigorous teaching methodologies and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance student learning and assessment. Substantial investments in infrastructure have further bolstered the School’s capacity for high-quality research and professional development activities.

The School offers a diverse range of postgraduate programs, including Masters of Business Administration, MBA in Accounting and Finance, MA in Marketing Management, and MBA in Project Management. Twice a year, the School admits highly qualified students through a rigorous selection process that aligns with the standards set by the Ministry of Education, ETA, and the University’s School of Graduate Studies.

To foster student empowerment and holistic development, the School provides comprehensive support services such as career guidance, mentorship, personality development, communication and soft skills training, scientific paper writing, SPSS for thesis writing, and thesis language editing. The School is committed to a learner-centered approach, incorporating active learning strategies like case studies, group work, student research forums, and facilitating the publication of student research in reputable scientific journals.

The School’s flagship publication, the Journal of Business and Administrative Studies (JBAS), is a biannual peer-reviewed journal that disseminates high-quality research in the fields of Business and Administrative Studies. Notably, JBAS was one of the first national journals accredited by MOSHE in 2019/20, having successfully undergone a rigorous evaluation process.
