The collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional employment by offering students and alumni with direct access to job opportunities, career resources, and industry connections.
Through this partnership, Enisra Jobs, a leading digital job-matching platform, will integrate St. Mary’s University into its extensive employer network. Students will benefit from free registration, precision job matching, real-time vacancy alerts, and exclusive skills training programs. The initiative also includes workshops, job fairs, and awareness campaigns jointly organized by both institutions to enhance career readiness and employability.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment to improving graduate outcomes, elevating institutional reputation, and connecting qualified talent with employers. Signed by Hibron Nikodimos, General Manager of Enisra Jobs, and Misganaw Solomon, PhD, Vice President for Research and International Relations at St. Mary’s University, the MOU will remain in effect for five years, with provisions for renewal or amendment. This milestone positions St. Mary’s University as a hub for career development and Enisra Jobs as a trusted bridge between academia and industry, ensuring graduates are better prepared to thrive in the workforce.
