The session concluded with practical guidance on risk documentation, assessment, and reporting procedures, emphasizing the timely submission of completed Risk Identification Forms to strengthen institutional risk management, support evidence-based decision-making, and promote continual improvement across the University.

The training forms part of St. Mary’s University’s broader efforts to establish a robust risk management culture and advance the implementation of ISO 21001:2025 across academic and administrative units, thereby enhancing institutional effectiveness and quality assurance practices.
