In a landmark agreement, St. Mary’s University (SMU) and the Institute for Economic Growth and Legal Reform (IGROW) have joined forces to enhance institutional and professional capacities. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on May 21, 2025, establishes a dynamic collaboration aimed at delivering high-impact training programs, consultancy services, joint research initiatives, and project development efforts.
Leveraging their respective expertise, IGROW—renowned for its specialized methodologies in adult learning and capacity-building—will design and implement training curricula, while SMU, a leading private higher education institution, will provide resources, experts, and state-of-the-art facilities to support the programs.
The MoU outlines a clear framework for cooperation, ensures high-quality training delivery, expert selection, certification standards, and competitive bidding processes. This strategic partnership is expected to empower professionals and institutions across various sectors, foster knowledge-sharing and strengthen workforce capacity.
