The first two days of the training focused on General Employment Readiness. The main objective of this session was to impart to prospective graduates how they can access the job market and be competitive. The students have been trained on how they can develop a Curriculum Vitae, conduct/engage in successful interviews, and develop good work ethics. In the remaining days, prospective graduates have been enlightened about Gender Empowerment and Reproductive Health.

By and large, the participants were happy with the opportunity they had and remarked that the training was relevant to their everyday life. On the other hand, the trainers also appreciated the students on their active engagement and interactive participation they have shown individually and in groups.
