The orientation program was provided by Dean, Faculty of International Programs, SMU, and focused on the academic aspect of the program, including the admission procedures, student support services, submission of Tutor Marked Assignments (TMAs), Term End Exam (TEEs) procedures, and how to use IGNOU’s website.

It is believed that the orientation program will play a significant role in familiarizing the new students with the University’s environment, facilities, regulations and academic standards in general and rules and regulations of the partner international universities, so that they can pursue their studies with a sense of total security.
