On September 23, 2023, new employees hired in various departments of St. Mary’s University were briefed by the Director of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Office of the University about the administrative procedures and guidelines of the institution. A total of 21 workers participated in this program, 7 men and 14 women.
The presentation includes conveying a welcome message, announcing the institution’s vision, mission, and core values, informing the institution’s guidelines and policies, indicating the employee’s duties, and informing the employee of the expected and prohibited activities.
The Orientation session aimed to help the new employees joining the institution know the procedure and information about the institution by explaining the above points.
